Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with images. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
